There, I met my husband Gene, whose two decades as a distinguished broker specializing in military relocation had established him as a cornerstone of the Norfolk/Virginia Beach real estate community. Who we are…
The Shull Group, like many success stories before us, was born out of tragedy.
In October 2022, Gene Shull was in a horrific automobile accident that rendered him paralyzed in his right arm and unable to complete the simplest tasks.
After 2 years of not being able to drive, Genes client base in Hampton roads (Where he had been a top 3% of the MLS producing agent) had about dissipated. Leading us to make the difficult choice: Do we re-establish and invest in ourselves in Hampton Roads, or move somewhere new, DO something new.
That was the birth of The Shull Group.
Gene and I decided to move to the Washington DC Metro area of Northern Virginia and Gene hit the ground running; Quickly developing relationships with some of the best luxury builders and clients that this affluent area has to offer.
We also know the importance of giving back to the community and supporting the next generation of Real Estate Agents so in August of 2024 we officially expanded our business to include coaching. Assuring that we can influence and guide thousands of transactions through the students that we train.
